Technology Architect | Microsoft Technologies | Dynamics CRM
LocationRichardson, TX 75082
Role OverviewLead technology architecture for Dynamics 365, delivering end-to-end solution design, integration, and customization while collaborating closely with client stakeholders and technical teams.
Responsibilities- Lead design discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions for Dynamics 365.
- Provide technical leadership on plugins, workflows, .NET, JavaScript, portals, and advanced customizations.
- Design overall architecture, ensuring performance and scalability, aligning with enterprise strategy.
- Act as single technical SME and manage reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
- Address technical questions and clarifications across the project lifecycle.
- Guide the development team through coding reviews and deployment practices.
- Support incident response and troubleshooting.
- 10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, best coding practices, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self‑management knowledge.
