LMS ARCHITECT​/DEVELOPER

Equity Partner Opportunity | LMS Architect— AI Training & Compliance Consultancy

We are a growing AI governance and compliance consultancy specializing in Responsible AI training, compliance assessments, and advisory services. We are building the infrastructure to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade AI literacy and certification programs — and we need an LMS Architect who wants to be more than a contractor.

A learning management platform purpose-built for AI governance training and regulatory readiness — serving enterprises navigating the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging state-level AI legislation.

• Architect, build, and manage our core LMS platform
• Design and implement learning pathways, certification workflows, and content delivery systems
• Integrate with third‑party tools (CRM, payment, video, compliance tracking)
• Advise on platform scalability as we grow from startup to enterprise client base
• Collaborate directly with founders on product and go‑to‑market strategy

• Proven experience architecting LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas, Docebo, TalentLMS, custom builds, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and learning content standards
• Experience with enterprise client deployments and SaaS delivery models
• Passion for AI, governance, ethics, or emerging technology
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you thrive in early‑stage environments

This is an equity‑based engagement. You will receive a meaningful ownership stake in the company, structured with a 12‑month cliff and full vesting over 3 years. As we grow, this position is intended to evolve into a full‑time, compensated role. You are not a vendor — you are a founding team member.
