BAL is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our IT support team in Richardson, TX. You will be the first point of contact for end-users, triaging hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring timely resolution to keep productivity high.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in helpdesk, solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, TCP/IP and VPN, plus strong communication and customer-service skills.
