Senior Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer; Onsite

Richardson, TX and State College, PA (Onsite)

• Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or with certified pipelines.
• Facilitate Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
• Maintain, control, and administer the Digital Products Development Library (DDL).
• Ensure control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items across the digital development lifecycle.
• Perform and maintain configuration planning and identification, change management & version control, status accounting, and configuration audits.
• Manage digital product development/media libraries.
• Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build and versioning.
• Provide DPCM tool administration and management control/access to CM relevant tools/applications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server (ADS), Git, Git Lab, Git Hub, Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence).
• Administer, manage, and use Dev Sec Ops  tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, Git Lab CI/CD, and Bamboo.
• Coordinate data transfers and courier support among various environments.
• Lead coordination of digital product releases and interface with functional and program leadership to ensure on‑time delivery and configuration management execution.

• B.S. or B.A. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of prior engineering experience.
• Experience with version control and change management/Agile planning tools.
• Experience with DPCM/Dev Sec Ops  technology, Information Technology (IT), or development/scripting.
• Proficiency in automation shell scripting on Linux, Unix, and Windows.
• Current Security+ certification.
• Active and current Top Secret/SCI security clearance required on day
  1.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Experience in Digital Product / Software Configuration Management principles and execution.
• Experience with DP/SW CM tools such as Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server (ADS), Git, Bit Bucket, Jenkins, and/or Artifactory.
• Experience building software/digital products.
• Programming experience in scripting languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, CI/CD, Git Flow, and Agile concepts.
