Assoc Developer - Mainframe

Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications. It requires knowledge of one or more programming languages and one or more development methodologies or delivery models.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and 2 years of IT experience, or 4 years of IT experience.
• Ability to sit and perform computer entry for the entire work shift as required.
• Ability to manage workload, multiple priorities, and conflicts with customers/employees/managers.
• Knowledge of traditional application languages (COBOL).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (BASH, PERL, PYTHON, RUBY).
• Knowledge of application/product feature design.
• Knowledge of integration technologies (Tibco, Informatica, CAS).
• Knowledge of service‑oriented architecture (SOA).
• Knowledge of application configuration.
• Rapid prototyping.
• SDLC Methodology (Agile, Scrum, Iterative Development).
• System performance management.
• Systems change / configuration management.
• Business requirements management.
• Problem solving / analytical thinking.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to execute.
• Travel availability up to 20%.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with COBOL, DB2, and JCL.

Base Pay Range: $55,900.00 - $. The compensation offered will vary based on skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
