US Oncology Network in Richardson, TX is seeking an IT Support Coordinator II to assist in computer systems operations, troubleshooting, and device imaging. This is a 100% on-site role with a M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm schedule, occasional after-hours.
You will handle end-user support, ticketing, PC refresh, and ensure devices meet standards while supporting the Compliance Program; strong communication and customer service are essential.
