Job Description

Seeking an Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead with Oracle Financials experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing functional solutions for Oracle Financials, ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.

Responsibilities

Interact with customer process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze various processes.
Document and prepare configuration activities in BR100.
Contribute to solution development in different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
Be intensely involved in business process consulting; define problems, propose and create solutions.
Play a key role in development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.
Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
Help detail the project scope.
Shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing needs.
