Senior Digital Product Configuration Management Engineer

Location:

Richardson, TX & State College, PA (On-site)

Security clearance:
Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI), active and existing required on day 1. U.S. citizenship required.

• Perform builds and releases of digital products manually and/or via certified pipelines.
• Facilitate the Digital Change Review Boards (DCRBs).
• Maintain, control, and administer the Digital Products Development Library (DDL) (formerly Software Digital Library (SDL)).
• Maintain control, traceability, consistency, and security of all configuration items across the digital development lifecycle.
• Perform and maintain configuration planning & identification, change management & version control, status accounting, and configuration audits.
• Manage digital product development/media libraries.
• Document and maintain guidelines and standards for dependency management, build, and versioning.
• Provide DPCM tool administration / management control and access to CM relevant tools/applications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server (ADS), Git, Git Lab, Git Hub, Jira, Bit Bucket, Confluence).
• Administer/manage/use Dev Sec Ops  tools such as Coverity, Artifactory, Jenkins, Nexus, Git Lab CI/CD, Bamboo.
• Coordinate data transfers, courier support among various environments.
• Lead coordination of various digital product releases and interface with functional and program leadership to ensure on-time delivery and configuration management execution in digital development environment/areas.

• BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum 5 years of prior engineering experience.
• Experience with version control and change management/agile planning tools.
• Experience with DPCM/Dev Sec Ops  technology, IT, and/or development/scripting experience.
• Automation shell scripting experience in Linux, Unix, and Windows.
• Current Security+ Certification.
• Active and current Top Secret/SCI security clearance required at Day 1.

• Preferred experience in Digital Product / Software Configuration Management principles, processes, and implementation/execution.
• Experience with DP/SW CM tools (Microsoft Azure Dev Ops Server (ADS) - Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and/or Artifactory).
• Experience with building software / digital products.
• Experience with scripting/programming languages (Perl, shell, batch, Python, Ruby, or YAML).
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), Git Flow, and Agile concepts.

Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD.
