You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross-functional team.

You will build strong working relationships with customers and peers.

You will assist in driving escalations to resolution across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support levels.

You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE).

You will use your technical knowledge and Linux experience to facilitate resolution of service requests and restoration tickets.

You will support the implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Linux solutions for assigned projects.

You will contribute to automation, hardening, and operational stability efforts across the Secure Labs environment.

You will foster relationships with your DT peers across the domestic U.S.

You will learn how to apply your Linux knowledge and personal skills to shape projects with evolving or loosely defined requirements.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• DoD Secret Clearance is needed day one.
• Linux Systems Administration (RHEL and Ubuntu required)
• Server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, etc.)
• Networking fundamentals
• Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53)
• Ability to obtain IAT Level II certification (e.g., Sec+). Active certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Collateral Secret Govt. Security Clearance, up to Top Secret. Active clearance preferred.

• Linux administration certifications (RHCSA, RHCE, Ubuntu, etc.).
• Automation / configuration management certifications (Ansible, Puppet, etc.).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
