Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Well View to lead technical strategy and support a large-scale application modernization and data migration initiative. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional knowledge of upstream oil & gas operations with hands-on Well View technical expertise. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, data architects, and implementation partners to design migration strategies, lead technical decisions, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise Well View initiatives.

5+ years of experience supporting upstream Oil & Gas applications. Strong expertise with Well View 10.x / Allez. Deep understanding of Well View data models, backend architecture, and operational workflows. Experience leading enterprise application modernization or data migration projects. Hands-on experience with:

• Well View backend
• Data Migration
• Data Mapping & Transformation
• ETL/ELT processes
• Data Quality & Reconciliation
• API & System Integration
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience supporting drilling and completions organizations. Experience with enterprise data architecture initiatives. Experience leading cross-functional technical teams. Experience designing migration validation and cutover strategies.
