Experience

Required:

14+ Years (Minimum 10 Years Preferred in SAP PP)

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Production Planning and Manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will lead workshops, solution design, and hands-on configuration, and play a key role in SAP implementations and rollouts.

• Requirement Gathering & Workshops
• Conduct business workshops to capture manufacturing and planning requirements
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Solution Design & Configuration
• Design and configure end-to-end SAP PP solutions, including:
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Production Orders / Process Orders
• Work Centers & Routings
• Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Capacity Planning
• Shop Floor Control
• Ensure seamless integration with:
• MM (Materials Management)
• SD (Sales & Distribution)
• QM (Quality Management)
• Implementation & Rollouts
• Lead or support at least 2+ full-cycle SAP implementations/rollouts
• Participate in blueprint, realization, testing, and go-live phases
• Handle enhancements, change requests, and system improvements
• Testing & Deployment
• Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
• Prepare test cases, scenarios, and documentation
• Assist in defect resolution and production support
• Stakeholder & Delivery Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, QM, ABAP, BASIS)
• Provide status updates and solution walkthroughs to stakeholders
• Ensure quality delivery and adherence to timelines
