Digital Marketing Manager

Next Step Recruiting has partnered with a financial services organization to identify a Digital Marketing Manager in Richardson, TX. This role is 100% onsite and will lead social media strategy, paid media initiatives, and customer acquisition efforts while building a scalable digital marketing function to support continued organizational growth.

This position is ideal for a strategic digital marketing leader who enjoys blending creativity with analytics, has a passion for building high-performing teams, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where they can own strategy from concept through execution.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5–10 years of progressive digital marketing experience with a strong focus on social media strategy and paid media
• Experience managing media buying, advertising budgets, and performance marketing campaigns across multiple social platforms
• Proven success developing customer acquisition strategies using digital marketing metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, cost per lead, and campaign performance
• Background in financial services, consumer finance, debt settlement, lending, or another regulated consumer-facing industry

Preferred:

• Agency experience prior to transitioning into an in-house marketing role
• Experience building and leading digital marketing teams
• Expertise developing creative campaigns that combine compelling messaging with data-driven optimization
• Experience managing analytics dashboards, marketing technology, and campaign reporting
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence strategy and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
