We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Network Engineer to provide crucial technical support and order management for our customer base utilizing SD-WAN solutions. This role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting senior engineers, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with cutting‑edge networking technology. This role requires working with restricted customers and is subject to U.S. government security/compliance requirements that mandate U.S. citizenship

- Act as Tier 1/2 support, triaging incoming tickets and performing initial diagnosis of system and network problems, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Diagnose and resolve common hardware and software faults on Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and network infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist senior engineers with lower-complexity customer orders (MACDs) and configuration validation.
- Proactively monitor network performance, identify circuit issues, and participate in resolving critical outages under supervision.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution within SLAs.
- Participate in various operational shifts (Day/Night, weekends, holidays) to support 7x365 coverage.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support (Helpdesk or NOC) or relevant network engineering internships.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSI model), with exposure to advanced technologies like VoIP and SD-WAN.
- Basic problem-solving ability and strong analytical mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CCNA certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
