Job Description
- Design, configure, and implement Service Now FSM modules including Work Order Management, Dispatch, Scheduling, and Mobile Agent. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on FSM module
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and deliver customized FSM implementation. Integrate FSM with other Service Now modules and third-party systems.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, scripting JavaScript, and workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client
Minimum years of experience > 10 years
