** This is a hybrid position, at one of Collins major facilities** What You Will Do *
This assignment requires the candidate to work seamlessly with members of the Data Quality & Governance organization and broader DT/business teams.
Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis across multiple platforms and data sources
Leverage tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and
Python to profile, assess, and improve data.
Experience using AI assisted programs to drive technical solutioning.
Document data flows, business rules, and data definitions across global data products and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Build or support the development of data cleansing routines aligned to enterprise data quality standards.
Develop, maintain, and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Partner with data engineers and business SMEs to identify, evaluate, and document the right data sources for key initiatives.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate quality metrics and drive accountability.
Drive data quality efforts end‑to‑end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and operationalization.
Support delivery of data tool implementations including MDM, Data Catalog, Data Quality tooling, and governance workflows.
Contribute creative solutioning for complex data issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build repeatable, sustainable processes
Support presentations, documentation, communications, and stakeholder feedback loops across the enterprise.
Lead or co‑lead data quality initiatives while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications You Must Have:Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
