Job Title: Systems Analyst

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Location: This position is 100% on-site in Richardson, TX

Seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to join a dynamic organization specializing in homeowners association software solutions. The role involves working closely with acquired companies to integrate their systems, set up and support IT infrastructures, and conduct employee training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling once a month, managing technical assessments, and providing comprehensive IT support in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT systems and support
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (XP, 7, 8.x)
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and TCP/IP networking protocols
• Familiarity with VPN setup and management
• Basic desktop support and ticket resolution experience
• Ability to assess and set up hardware and internet infrastructure in client environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel once a month, typically from Wednesday to Wednesday
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team

• Work with acquired companies to integrate their systems into the organization’s infrastructure
• Conduct on-site assessments of hardware, network, and internet capabilities
• Set up VPNs, internet access, and other IT infrastructure components
• Train employees on new systems and technologies
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware/software issues
• Manage inventory of computers and mobile devices, including deploying updates and creating software images
• Collaborate with team members and support staff to ensure seamless operations
  
  Document procedures, provide technical advice, and contribute to process improvements
• Support desktop, network, and user needs, including ticket resolution and hardware setup
