ResponsibilitiesThe Identity & Access Management (IAM) Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the delivery, operational health, and strategic evolution of the Bank’s Identity and Access Management program. This role manages a team of IAM Engineers and serves as the primary liaison between IAM Engineering and IAM Operations to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient identity services across the enterprise. The IAM Delivery Manager provides oversight for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Okta Workforce Identity, and Delinea Privileged Access Management (PAM).
The position is accountable for roadmap execution, project portfolio management, application onboarding, vendor management, resource planning, audit support, and regulatory examination activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately eight IAM Engineers.
- Manage contractors, consulting partners, and strategic vendor relationships.
- Establish performance objectives, development plans, and delivery expectations.
- Promote collaboration between IAM Engineering and IAM Operations.
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, Delinea PAM, and Service Account Management solutions.
- Ensure platform availability, scalability, security, and compliance.
- Oversee upgrades, integrations, feature adoption, and lifecycle management activities.
- Own and execute the IAM roadmap.
- Manage application onboarding initiatives and cross-functional IAM projects.
- Develop resource plans, priorities, schedules, and delivery metrics.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Coordinate audit evidence collection and remediation activities.
- Partner with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity teams on control effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders.
- Provide status reporting, risk communication, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage vendor performance, licensing, contracts, and professional services engagements.
