PC Deployment Technician

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a PC Deployment Technician to support a large-scale PC refresh project for a government organization. This individual will assist with device deployment, hardware setup, user support, and basic troubleshooting.

• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 30 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting business applications
• CJIS Certification
• Experience supporting a government organization
