Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
- Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
- Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
- Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
- Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
- Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery.
- An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
- Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.
- Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor.
- Experience with Oracle eBS functional Payroll.
- Oracle functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations.
- Implementation experience with an understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
- At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.
- Experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.
- Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations.
- Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations.
- Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations.
- Must have functional and technical knowledge of benefit interfaces.
- Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces.
- Knowledge on Payroll interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo.
- Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces.
- Experience with Oracle custom reports.
- Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business…
