The Project Manager leads technology deployment projects from planning through closeout, ensuring delivery across schedule, scope, budget, customer communication, risk management, financial accuracy, and multi-site execution. This role requires strong problem-solving, clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Project Manager II will manage projects of varying complexity, work with internal teams and customer stakeholders, improve repeatable workflows, and drive outcomes that improve speed, efficiency, cost, revenue, risk, or a combination of these.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and disciplined in risk and issue resolution guided by PMI principles.

- Effective project communications with team members and stakeholders.
- You will oversee a project that entails replacing POS systems at name brand retail locations.
- Create effective weekly schedules for multiple sites that support goals and delivery timelines.
- Examine each project end to end to understand inputs, deliverables, dependencies, and required tasks; then create Project Manager and Project Coordinator workflows that minimize duplication and are effective, efficient, and repeatable.
- Own Project financial management by creating accurate financial forecasts and ensuring project costs and revenue are tracked and processed accurately.
- Manage risks, issues, and RAID log items by identifying risks early, taking action to prevent them from becoming issues, driving quick resolution, investigating root causes, and preventing recurrence.
- Create and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) against baseline measurements developed as part of each project effort.
- Interface directly with customers through email, on-camera video conferences, team channels, and chats while maintaining high customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
