We are seekingan experienced SAP Transportation Management(TM) Principal Consultant/ Solution Architect with
10+ years ofexperiencein configuring, deploying, managing, and architectingTMS solutions. Theideal candidate willhave strong expertiseinSAP S/4
HANATransportation Management, enterprise architecture, solution design, implementation, and technical leadership.
- Own the overall technical architecture and solution design forSAP S/4
HANATMS. - Lead SAP TM configuration, implementation, deployment, integration, and production support.
- Define system scope, objectives, architecture strategies, standards,and technical solutions.
- Analyze business anduser requirements and translate them intoscalable SAP TM solutions.
- Manage complexTMS configurations and program routines.
- Lead testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support of TMSfunctional areas.
- Drive software delivery, continuous improvement, and adoption of industry best practices.
- Lead technical teamsand provide guidance on development methods, processes, and implementation.
- Manage project scope, plans, risks, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, vendors, and external partners.
- Ensure SAP TM solutions align withlong-term enterprise IT strategy.
- Work effectively withina matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Periodically travel to distribution centers andplants to collaborate with business and technical teams.
- 10+ years ofSAP Transportation Management(SAP TM/TMS) experience.
- Strong hands-on experience withSAP S/4
HANATMS. - Expertise in SAPTMarchitecture, configuration, implementation, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and solution design.
- Experience leading technical/project teams and managing stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, influencing, and consulting skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex initiatives.
