ResponsibilitiesFCCI’s Southwest Region Risk Control team is seeking a Risk Control Trainee. In this developmental position, the selected candidate will learn and assist in providing initial and periodic risk evaluations of FCCI’s potential and current clients. The trainee will participate in an extensive training program in Richardson, TX involving classroom instruction and self-study combined with on-the-job shadowing that will provide the opportunity to learn commercial insurance concepts and risk control best practices.
The selected Risk Control Trainee will work in the Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX, as well as travel periodically during the training program for on-the-job shadowing. Regionally based individuals must be willing to periodically travel to our corporate headquarters for training purposes. This Trainee program starts in early June 2026. Upon successful completion of the trainee program, this individual will be at the Associate level and be assigned a territory where regular travel to meet the needs of our customers is expected.

The salary range for this position is $28.80-$38.20 hourly. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
