MAS Law is an award‑winning Personal Injury Law Firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking a Spanish speaking Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our dedicated legal team. We are looking for a Spanish speaking Associate Attorney with a minimum of one year of experience in Personal Injury. The successful candidate will play a key role in our commitment to achieving the best results for our clients through trial experience, deposition handling, and effective case management. Applicants must be well‑versed in pre‑litigation settlement experience to negotiate favorable outcomes for clients and demonstrate proficiency in pre‑litigation case management, handling cases from sign to settlement.

• Manage litigation case processes, including but not limited to:
  • Initial client call
  • Litigation review, investigation, and case grading
  • Client statements
  • Liability establishment
  • Demand drafting
  • Settlement negotiation
• Conduct trial proceedings and represent clients in Personal Injury cases.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage tasks and time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Navigate the litigation process with expertise.
• Multi‑task and work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Utilize knowledge of Needles case management software (preferred).

• Fluent in Spanish language.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in Texas.
• One year of experience in Personal Injury.
• Trial experience preferred.
• Pre‑Litigation case management and settlement experience.
• Effective deposition handling skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
