About The Opportunity
I am working directly with the leadership of a respected Dallas litigation boutique that represents middle‑market companies, insurers, real estate interests, and financial stakeholders in complex commercial disputes. The firm is known for its hands‑on partner involvement, high‑level work, and business‑minded litigation strategy.

The firm is adding a Senior Litigation Attorney with 8+ years of experience to its commercial litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who can independently manage sophisticated matters, serve as a strategic advisor to clients, and help develop junior attorneys. This is a full‑time, in‑office position offering significant responsibility and a clear long‑term growth track.
Key Responsibilities- Handle complex commercial litigation matters from initial pleadings through trial or resolution
- Draft and argue dispositive motions, manage written discovery, and oversee case strategy
- Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses
- Appear in court for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings
- Supervise and mentor junior associates
- Maintain direct client contact and provide practical, business‑oriented counsel
- J.D. and active Texas law license
- 8+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong motion practice and briefing background
- Experience with insurance coverage disputes is highly preferred
- Trial, arbitration, mediation, or appellate experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of business entities and financial issues
- Proven ability to independently manage a demanding docket
