Position: Labor Analyst II (Hybrid)

Job Title: Operational Support / Project Support Analyst

Location: Richardson, TX (hybrid – candidates must reside within commuting distance of Greenville/Richardson, TX; Farmington, CT; or Cedar Rapids, IA).

Role Type: Hybrid

Citizenship & Security Clearance: U.S. citizenship required. No security clearance required.

Role Overview: The Operational Support / Project Support Analyst supports Time & Labor Management operations while assisting managers and cross‑functional teams with projects, implementations, operational improvements, compliance initiatives, reporting activities, and enterprise support efforts. This role develops subject‑matter expertise and may support multiple operational areas based on business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support managers with operational initiatives, projects, implementations, and enterprise support activities.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Payroll, HR, Operations, Compliance, and system teams to support project execution and operational goals.
  • Support workforce operational activities including audits, escalations, payroll support, issue resolution, and operational follow‑up.
  • Analyze operational processes, reporting trends, and workflows to identify risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support labor compliance reviews and operational audit activities.
  • Assist with testing, validation, implementation readiness, and deployment support for operational or system changes.
  • Support enterprise process improvements, operational enhancements, and standardization initiatives.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, operational procedures, reporting resources, and reference guides.
  • Support reporting and data analysis efforts utilizing Excel, SAP, Power BI, Service Now, or related systems.
  • Participate in cross‑functional meetings to provide project updates, operational feedback, issue tracking, and implementation support while identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct thorough timecard reconciliation with payroll, including audit reviews, discrepancy resolution, and documentation updates.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive on‑site training programs for HR, employees, and supervisors to ensure consistent understanding and application of time and labor processes.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline and at least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, or compliance, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Strong PC‑based skills with intermediate competency in MS Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
  • U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting operational projects, implementations, or cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience with workforce operations, payroll, labor compliance, or timekeeping processes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with experience analyzing operational data and reporting trends.
  • Experience with SAP, Service Now, Power BI, or workforce management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $68,900 – $131,100 USD, based on experience. Eligible applicants may receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, educational assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Some benefits may vary by business unit or collective‑bargaining agreement.
