About the Internship
We are seeking a Summer Supply Chain Planning Intern to join our Time to Shine Internship Program at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX. This paid, hands-on program is designed for students who want to gain real-world experience in supply chain operations, planning, analytics, and process improvement.
Throughout the program, you'll gain exposure to supply chain processes, inventory, product flow, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how a global lifestyle brand manages the movement of products around the world.
What You Will Do in This RoleSupport Supply Chain teams with real-world operational and analytical projects
Analyze supply chain, inventory, shipment, and product data to identify trends and opportunities
Assist with monitoring product flow, inventory levels, and supply chain performance
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations
Research and analyze opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Support supply chain planning and process improvement initiatives
Help identify potential risks, delays, or opportunities within the product flow
Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Merchandising, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams
Assist with documenting processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Participate in projects focused on efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
Partner with a dedicated mentor for professional guidance and development
Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions
Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
Bring curiosity, analytical thinking, and fresh perspectives to team projects
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Analytics, or a related field, graduating between Spring 2027 and Spring 2028
Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon-Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to communicate findings and recommendations clearly
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Curious about how global supply chains operate
Interest in fashion, consumer products, retail, or global business is a plus
