Job OverviewWe help industry leaders across a wide range of key verticals—including retail, industrial and logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more—to maintain clean, efficient, and welcoming spaces. As a Warehouse Janitorial Associate, you will keep designated work areas, restrooms, break areas, and office spaces clean and safe.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning restrooms, break areas (indoor/outdoor), and office areas
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and removing trash
- Ensuring all walkways are clean and tidy at all times
- Cleaning totes and other items
- Performing deep cleaning as needed
- Following all safety and quality standards
- Other basic janitorial duties as assigned
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Walk around the facility with great frequency throughout the shift
- Stand and walk for up to 10–12 hours
- Background Check and Drug Test Required
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling documents (in English; Spanish where required)
- Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, foot pedals, manual picking, pinching, holding, grasping, and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)

Days and nights vary, including weekends. Shift: Sunday–Wednesday, 6 a.m.–5 p.m. – starting pay $15.00 per hour; $16.50 current rate for Sunday–Wednesday.
