Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned as required by departmental needs.
- Follows safety practices and protocols per NFPA 70E at all times
- Travels to customer locations in a company vehicle to perform service activities
- Performs maintenance to ensure compliance to product specifications
- Installs or replaces batteries in inverter systems
- Performs system start up and commissioning
- Troubleshoots and repairs advanced level issues
Education / Experience
- Associate degree (A.
A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years technical training related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience plus - 5+ years of experience as a field service technician.
