Data Center Chief Engineer

· Recruiting technical staff that have sufficient skills and experience to support the critical facility.
· Effectively use staff by assigning responsibilities best suited to their capabilities
· 15+ years of relevant work experience in critical Data Centers
· 3+ years of relevant work experience in a senior supervisory role within a critical Data Center
· Knowing what “success” looks like.  The successful candidate will have a complete picture of how a data center should operate based on their experience and work toward implementing that ideal system.
· Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well in both oral and written reports
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings and technical manuals
