Inviting applications for the role of Vice President, People Advisory Principal,

We are seeking an accomplished Partner to lead our People Advisory Services (PAS) practice focusing on the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) sectors. This is a Global role that will report to our Global People Advisory Services Leader, it is a strategic leadership role that will drive transformational people solutions for pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, biotechnology firms, healthcare providers, and payers navigating complex regulatory environments, digital innovation, and critical workforce challenges.

The ideal candidate will combine solid LSH industry expertise with proven capabilities in change management and people solutions.

Responsibilities Leadership & Practice Development
  • Lead the People Advisory Services (PAS) Portfolio for Life Sciences & Healthcare within the Advisory Organization, reporting to the Head of People Advisory Services practice
  • Build vision for portfolio and create strategic roadmaps including the development and implementation of growth plans for key/strategic accounts
  • Drive revenue growth within a global portfolio of $6M+ through strategic partnerships, business development, and client relationship management
  • Develop a high-performing team by mentoring talent, building capabilities, and driving utilization and profitability metrics
  • Invest in our brand by developing and publishing thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry forums
Client & Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Establish and nurture C-suite relationships in key & prospective Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSH) clients
  • Engage effectively with C-suite stakeholders including Chief Transformation Officers and Chief People Officers
  • Translate complex client needs into compelling people and change solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Bring strategic people advisory expertise to elevate client offerings and deliver impactful change outcomes
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders including service line leaders, industry specialists, and technology partners
  • Collaborate with global leadership teams to align LSH strategy with firm-wide priorities
  • Navigate matrix organization structures to secure resources and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Represent the practice in internal governance forums and leadership councils
Service Offering Development & Delivery
  • Lead the development and delivery of specialized service offerings for LSH clients
  • Change management for digital transformation in life sciences and healthcare
  • Create solutions that address unique industry challenges while leveraging firm-wide capabilities
  • If required develop standardized methodologies and accelerators tailored to LSH clients
  • Integrate advanced analytics, generative AI, and intelligent agent solutions into people advisory offerings
