Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO) – R&R
We’re looking for an experienced and forward‑thinking Regional COO to lead operational excellence across our region. In this high‑impact role, you’ll shape customer service performance, streamline supply chain operations, elevate SHEQ standards, drive financial efficiency, and lead post‑merger integration—while developing strong, high‑performing teams.
What You’ll Do Customer & Service Leadership- Define and execute the regional customer service strategy and service model.
- Drive performance, quality, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Champion a strong voice‑of‑the‑customer culture.
- Lead regional supply chain strategy aligned with global standards.
- Improve logistics, network optimization, forecasting, and inventory performance.
- Drive digitalization, process automation, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen order‑to‑cash processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure SHEQ compliance, governance, and proactive safety culture.
- Oversee audits, certifications, and corrective action programs.
- Drive performance across working capital, gross margin, and EBIT.
- Partner with commercial leaders on cost‑to‑serve and operational sustainability.
- Lead budget and forecast processes for regional operations.
- Lead operational integration, systems alignment, and 100‑day plans.
- Harmonize processes across acquisitions and regional operations.
- Develop talent, build engaged teams, and elevate performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Masters in economics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 10+ years of senior leadership in service, logistics, distribution, or related industrial sectors
- Strong track record leading multi‑country operations
- Expertise in operational excellence, supply chain, and transformation
- Proven leadership in complex, fast‑moving environments
- Working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and MS office suite
- Bi‑lingual (English and Spanish)
- Regional responsibility for €13–25M revenues and €6–15M EBIT
- Leadership across 200–400 FTEs
- Multi‑country operational oversight with medium organizational complexity
To be successful in this role, significant travel to collaborate with teams is required. Travel is approximately 30‑40% at minimum, both domestic and internationally.
