Associate Lead – Global Immigration Team
Infosys is seeking an Associate Lead to join its Global Immigration team. The role requires strong expertise in U.S. immigration processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements. The individual will support immigration audits, ensure adherence to compliance standards, manage vendor relationships, and consistently meet defined SLAs.
Location:
Richardson, TX.
This is a full-time, in‑office position requiring on‑site presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist F‑1 students with Form I‑983 completion to maintain CPT/OPT work authorization.
- Ensure alignment with DHS/SEVIS regulations and handle Form I‑20 processes.
- Support end‑to‑end compliance requirements and immigration policies.
- Conduct immigration audits and maintain compliance standards.
- Manage vendor relationships.
The role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods, communicating by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face, and may involve travel as needed.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
- Located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX or willing to relocate.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Immigration domain knowledge.
- Vendor management experience.
- Experience supporting an immigration team.
- Guide F‑1 students on Form I‑983 completion enabling uninterrupted CPT/OPT work authorization.
- Maintain high accuracy in immigration documentation and process execution.
- Facilitate timely flow of information and data for reporting.
- Execute unit‑specific performance management framework.
