The right candidate will lead a division producing approximately $750K–$2.0M annually while operating with substantial independence inside the Alterra framework.

This position combines:

• Design
• Project leadership
• Client management
• Team leadership
• Operational accountability

You will sell projects, shape designs, manage production, lead teams, and ensure the final product reflects Alterra’s standards of excellence.

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Landscape construction
• High-end residential projects
• Ability to manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
• Experience managing large, high-margin projects
• Ability to lead independently within established systems

Strongly Prefer 4 Year Degree From Tier 1 University:

• Construction Management
• Horticulture
• Related field

• Ability to maintain calm under pressure
• Profit Share:
  Approximately $75,000–$120,000+
• Based on division profitability and performance
