The right candidate will lead a division producing approximately $750K–$2.0M annually while operating with substantial independence inside the Alterra framework.
This position combines:
- Design
- Project leadership
- Client management
- Team leadership
- Operational accountability
You will sell projects, shape designs, manage production, lead teams, and ensure the final product reflects Alterra’s standards of excellence.

- Age approximately 30–45
- Energetic, intelligent, and highly driven
- Entrepreneurial-minded
- Self-motivated without needing supervision
- Tired of corporate bureaucracy and limitations
- Wants freedom to innovate and operate

- Has a strong “mission mentality”
- Believes business should positively impact people and communities
- Thrives in a KPI/metrics-driven environment
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Landscape construction
- High-end residential projects
- Ability to manage clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and schedules
- Experience managing large, high-margin projects
- Ability to lead independently within established systems
Strongly Prefer 4 Year Degree From Tier 1 University:
- Construction Management
- Horticulture
- Related field
- Excellent personal and professional reputation
- Strong financial responsibility and current high credit score
- Leadership and entrepreneurial profile
- High personal accountability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Profit Share:
Approximately $75,000–$120,000+ - Based on division profitability and performance
