MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a beautiful property in Richardson, TX. This person will be responsible for building and training the team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and performing all operational tasks to help the property thrive.

Build and train a capable team.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.

Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiencies.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Provide exemplary resident service and resolve concerns promptly.

• RECENT experience managing a fast‑paced apartment community
• Supervisory and management experience
• Strong team‑building and effective management skills
• Operations skills including marketing, budgeting, and sales
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Consent to potential audio recordings during work duties
