Position Overview
Under the direction of the Vice President of Portfolio Management, the Asset Manager is an integral part of the asset disposition process within The primary responsibility is to oversee ’s Asset Management Partner and other ancillary partners to ensure performance expectations are met. The Asset Manager is directly responsible for the overall performance of the portfolio and the Asset Management Partner assigned.
Responsibilities/Duties- Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers meet process level SLAs.
- Facilitate weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly meetings with various providers to review performance and address delays.
- Review asset values and current pricing, and make disposition recommendations.
- Identify aged populations for internal strategy reviews weekly.
- Prepare aged asset review documents including marketing history, challenges, and liquidation recommendations.
- Assist the Auction Asset Managers in identifying assets for auction and in pricing recommendations to clients.
- Provide routine updates to the Vice President and assigned client.
- Ensure timeliness, quality, and completeness of property documentation and related tasks.
- Ensure policy and procedures are updated as processes and client expectations change.
- Facilitate training as needed.
- Create and present a compilation of reports for asset management tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Outlook Calendar, Word) with intermediate to advanced level in Excel.
- Ability to interact with senior management, colleagues, and clients.
- Results oriented with a can-d? attitude and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and detail‑oriented skills with ability to perform under tight time constraints.
- Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers.
- Ability to handle confidential material.

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on assignments.
- Ability to analyze and research data for accuracy.

- Bachelor’s or associate's degree with a concentration in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of REO Asset Management experience.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
