Associate Director of Cost Management
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
- 10+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
- Prior people management experience, with 2+ years managing high performing cost management teams in a consulting environment is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients.
- Exceptional business development acumen and ambition to drive business growth.
- Major construction sector experience working with high caliber clients in commercial real estate, data center, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, etc.
- Demonstrates excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
