NiCE is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, Onboarding, to design structured onboarding for client-facing teams (SDR, AE, Pre-sales, Partners) and accelerate ramp time. You will deliver bootcamps, role-plays, and live sessions, while creating playbooks, pitch frameworks, and ramp curricula. Collaborate with Sales Leadership to set milestones and metrics.
You will also reinforce product knowledge, enablement messaging, and close ramp gaps by cross-functional work, coaching new reps 1:1.
