Position Summary

The Field Services Team Lead oversees a team of field technicians responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and deploying wireless communications and networking equipment in oil & gas, utilities, and industrial environments. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise, frontline leadership, and coordination with customers, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery in mission‑critical remote settings.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Field Technicians.
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of wireless communications and networking equipment.
  • Coordinate field schedules, resources, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with customer safety requirements and company HSE standards.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide technical leadership in the field.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to deliver successful projects.
Required
  • 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, wireless communications, networking, or industrial field services.
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with RF systems, repeaters, duplexers, routers, switches, and IP networking.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%.
Preferred
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree.
  • OSHA, H2S, Safe Land/PEC, TWIC, NFPA 70E, or similar industry certifications.
