Responsibilities- Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and assists with technical problem troubleshooting
- Part of your responsibility will be providing oversight into decommissioning projects to migrate traffic and remove all equipment/ services from central office locations.
- You will be partnering with executive leadership and your project team of engineers to prep, test, and perform maintenance on the broad range of network technologies that are currently running in these locations.
- The project coordinator will be responsible for managing projects for Layer 1 and Optimization teams under Core Network Provisioning and Optimization.
- You will support Santa Clara decom program currently underway but not limited to that program.
- Several other major decom initiatives will fall under this positions scope of program management.
- You will assist in coordination and scheduling efforts for the team and ensure leadership is aware of any bottlenecks, delays, etc.
- You will provide read-outs and status updates for leadership real time and on a weekly/ monthly basis and ensure the project engineering team makes any adjustments needed based on demand.
- Work under supervision in coordinating specific components and project work activities.
- Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables in Client's tools
- Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents.
- Project Management (Data/KPI analysis)
- Excellent presentation skills, Excellent Google Suites, Microsoft Suites
- Must have superior handling of Google Slides and strong presentation skills.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced environment with ever-changing directives (can change within hours). Must be an independent thinker and work with little guidance. Prior experience in the telecommunications space is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ Years of experience
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $55.00 - $58.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
