Position Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Bottling Line Operator to join our production team. The Bottling Line Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the bottling equipment, ensuring that our spirits are packaged accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate bottling line equipment, including filling, capping, labeling, and packaging machinery.
- Ensure that the bottling process runs smoothly, with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy in filling, labeling, and packaging.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bottling line equipment as needed.
- Assist with the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and the bottling area to meet quality and safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of production runs, quantities, and any issues or downtime experienced.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Assist with other production‑related tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred.
- 1‑2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in food, beverage, or spirits.
- Experience operating bottling or packaging machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
