Monday - Friday
1st shift - 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
Sets up and runs SMT automated assembly equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Set-up, operate and maintain DEK 248 stencil printer.
- Set-up, operate and maintain MyData MY9 series Pick and Place machine as well as routine maintenance.
- Run and verify heat profiles for Heller reflow oven.
- Set-up, operate and maintain AOI machine.
- Work with solder paste, and understand its characteristics, proper handling and storage.
- Coordinate jobs flowing through SMT line with planning personnel.
- Work with team members to produce surface mount PC boards.
- Interacts with internal QC and Test Department to eliminate placement/ solder process errors.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation.
- Demonstrates ability to maintain a Customer Service-oriented mindset in dealing with in-house customers.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year direct related experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write effective daily correspondence and display the ability to communicate effectively to other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and Bills of Material.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
