Precision Assembly Operator

STD Operator Position

A leading manufacturer of high-tech display products used in aviation, defense, medical, and other advanced industries is adding STD Operators to their team! They're looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with their hands, handling small components, and performing precision assembly work.

In this role, you'll work with glass and specialized film materials used in display manufacturing. You'll be responsible for carefully aligning and applying layers of film, inspecting products for scratches, smudges, and other defects, and ensuring each product meets quality standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain focus and accuracy while performing repetitive tasks.

Operator Responsibilities:

• Align and apply layers of film to glass and other materials
• Handle small components and materials with precision
• Inspect products for scratches, smudges, and other defects
• Follow work instructions and quality procedures
• Perform repetitive assembly and production tasks with accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Operator Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Comfortable handling small parts and materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good eyesight, with the ability to identify smudges, scratches, and other imperfections
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday

Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience
