Perform manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products;
Set up machine and line, repair feeders, and perform first line preventative maintenance;
Lead the team to high quality production within tight deadlines;
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers;
Maintain knowledge of SMT processing systems and testing fixturing
