PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for an industry-leading company in Richardson, TX. Whether you prefer a 4-day weekday schedule or a 3-day weekend shift, we have the role for you.

Pay Rate: $19 – $22/hour (based on experience & shift)

Location:

Richardson, TXAvailable Schedules:1st Shift (Mon – Thu): 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift (Mon – Thu): 4:00 PM – 2:30 AMWeekend Shift (Fri – Sun): 5:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities Assemble custom test fixtures, rack-mount cabinets, and specialized manufacturing equipment.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications.

Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (required & verified).

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and ability to work in a team.

Physical:
Comfortable standing, material handling, and doing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setup.

Screening:
Background check and drug screening required.
