Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Manufacturing Technician to join the Package Test organization at a large semiconductor client in Richardson, TX. This role supports semiconductor manufacturing operations by working closely with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot process issues, improve manufacturing performance, and ensure product quality. The person will set up and qualify assembly equipment, monitor process controls, respond to quality concerns, and help drive improvements in safety, quality, output, and cost.
They will also train and support factory operators in a cleanroom environment while using statistical tools such as SPC and DOE to analyze and optimize manufacturing processes.

- High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree or above in a STEM discipline is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing facility is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with operations, equipment support, and engineering in a dynamic, team-based environment.
- Possess an understanding of DoE, SPC, and other statistical tools/methods.
