Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations and new product introduction (NPI) activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment, driving process improvements, and working in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, thrives in a cleanroom environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently run production lots while ensuring quality and process compliance.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot die attach programs and dispense patterns.
  • Monitor production schedules and manufacturing priorities to support operational goals.
  • Perform critical process measurements
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process‑related issues to minimize downtime.
  • Support product disposition activities and root cause investigations.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and build records.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and yield enhancement.
  • Serve as a technical resource between engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • Train and support production operators on equipment and process best practices.
  • Support advanced packaging initiatives
  • Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve overall line performance.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of technician experience, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or manufacturing support.
  • Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a STEM‑related discipline.
  • Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or production equipment.

$22/hr to $31/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

  • Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
