OTS Solutions is a rapidly growing IT services company with three specialized business units:
Jump Growth Dev (custom software development), Jump Growth Staffing (IT staffing and GCC services), and Apta Cloud (Microsoft cloud solutions and AI consulting).
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with strong graphic design and presentation skills to support our marketing initiatives across all three business units on a part-time basis (minimum 20 hours per week). This role requires excellent visual design capabilities, proficiency in creating compelling social posts on Linkedin, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, create engaging visual content, and support lead generation efforts as we expand into new markets & industries.
Key Responsibilities Graphic Design & Creative Development- Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and digital ads
- Create visually compelling and professional PowerPoint presentations for sales, client meetings, and conferences
- Create visual content for case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership materials
- Collaborate with team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and maintain exceptional attention to detail
- Creating and scheduling content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates around B2B marketing focused on large businesses
- Coordinate with design and development teams to produce marketing materials
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
- Support the creation of case studies, blog posts, and thought leadership content
- Achieve followers and reaction goals on Linkedin as key platform
- Work in planning and conducting engaging content around Webinars & Podcasts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for target industries
- Monitor industry trends, particularly in software development, staffing, and cloud solutions
- Compile reports on marketing performance and campaign effectiveness
- Research potential partnership and collaboration opportunities
- Assist with event planning and coordination (trade shows, webinars, conferences like CES)
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and website optimization efforts
- Manage marketing collateral inventory and distribution
- Research on relevant local events to attend or exhibit for visibility
- Maintain organized filing systems for marketing assets and campaign materials
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership review
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design and marketing, preferably in B2B or technology sector
- Proven track record of creating professional social media campaigns and marketing content
- Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and attention to detail
- REQUIRED:
Advanced graphic design skills using Canva - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) a plus
- Understanding of Google Analytics and SEO principles
- Experience with Figma or other design collaboration tools a plus
- Creating copywriting content and generating social media content for B2B businesses
- Exceptional attention to detail with pixel-perfect execution
- Strong creative vision with ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative perspectives
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
