Patient Outreach & Digital Engagement Coordinator | Part-Time

The Patient Outreach & Digital Engagement Coordinator supports Hope Speaks by helping prospective patients connect with our practice and ensuring a responsive, consistent experience across our digital channels.

This role manages inquiries and follow-up through the Cloud Gain platform, provides outreach to prospective patients, and helps facilitate scheduling.

The coordinator also supports our social media presence by responding to comments and messages and serves as the liaison between our practice and website team to coordinate website updates and changes. Working with the scheduling and clinical teams, this position helps ensure our online presence and patient communications accurately reflect the services and values of Hope Speaks.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional approach
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing follow-up independently
• Comfortable learning and working within online platforms, including both desktop and mobile applications
• Confident making outbound calls and communicating with prospective patients by phone, text, and online messaging
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media content creation and coordination
• Ability to coordinate website updates and communicate effectively with an outside web development partner
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure digital content and patient-facing information remain accurate and up to date
• Prior experience in healthcare, patient outreach, customer service, marketing, or a similar role is preferred but not required
