Plumb Bros LLC is a growing plumbing company serving residential, commercial, and multifamily customers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry-Level Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand, strengthen our online presence, and support our company’s marketing efforts.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with management to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen Plumb Bros LLC’s presence in the local market.

The ideal candidate will have either:

• A degree or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Be currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related program
• OR have at least 1–2 years of professional marketing experience

• Develop and manage social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging photos, videos, graphics, and written content for the company
• Plan and maintain a consistent social media posting schedule
• Assist with developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Create marketing materials including flyers, advertisements, digital graphics, and promotional content
• Photograph and record company projects, employees, vehicles, events, and completed work
• Create short-form video content and promotional videos
• Help improve the company’s online presence and brand awareness
• Research local marketing opportunities and potential customer markets
• Research competitors and identify marketing trends and opportunities
• Assist with lead-generation strategies and customer outreach
• Assist with email marketing and promotional campaigns
• Monitor social media engagement and basic marketing performance metrics
• Help maintain consistent company branding across marketing materials
• Assist with website content and updates as needed
• Coordinate with management regarding upcoming promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
• Assist with community outreach and local business networking opportunities
• Track marketing activities and provide basic reports on results
• Bring new marketing ideas and strategies to management

• Currently pursuing or completed education in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field OR 1–2 years of marketing, social media, advertising, or related professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles and branding
• Ability to create professional and engaging content
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Experience with social media management platforms
• Experience creating Reels, Tik Toks, or other short-form video
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising
• Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
• Photography or videography experience
• Experience working with a small business or local service company
