This position is responsible for developing and executing an outreach strategy for the Texas Caring Foundation and its Care Van programs; directing the fundraising plan and associated activities; managing internal and external communications programs; managing staff in execution of fundraising efforts, volunteer recruitment and communications; and developing, negotiating, and managing implementation of legal contracts and letters of agreement.

Required

Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs OR 10 years’ experience in fundraising with a non-profit organization or managing outreach programs.
  • 4 years management or supervisory work experience.
  • Experience managing/supervising a program that focuses on healthcare and/or children's services.
  • Experience in public speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understand the importance of alignment with a company’s corporate social responsibility pillars.
  • Ability to build trust with external and internal customers.
  • Grant writing skills
  • Experience collaborating with diverse audiences.
  • Event management experience

Compensation: $92,700.00 - $

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
